We learned about the key principles of Engage Forum—good relations, good governance, good citizenship—and then took time to practice and apply these values to op-ed writing, engaging on social media, and navigating difficult conversations.
Couldn’t make it this month? Be sure to join us in February to learn about and prepare for our upcoming Utah Caucuses!

What We’re Building
Guided by these values, we work to build a political culture of robust competition between policy ideas and candidates, and responsiveness from institutions and elected officials.
-
We value human dignity, human potential, and human differences
-
We embrace the purpose of democracy, guaranteed by the U.S. Constitution, to protect the rights, include the voice, and facilitate the flourishing of all people
-
We accept the responsibility to make democracy work well to these ends by fostering broad, informed, principled, and civil engagement where we live
